Half of the standard 42 mm Gridfinity: a 21 mm grid. Just the right size for small parts.
Baseplate
Make the base that holds your bins. Cells are paired into 42 mm pockets, so standard Gridfinity bins fit too.
STEP 1
Trace (capture the tool shape)
Cut the tool out of a photo and turn it into a smooth vector outline. Set the real size and export it as SVG or PNG.
STEP 2
Cutout (tool-shaped bin)
Make a bin with a pocket in the traced shape. Choose depth, clearance and rim/floor rounding, then export STL.
